Join us as we welcome Richard Eisenhower, who has worked for the Texas State Preservation Board for nearly 25 years. TSPB is the state agency that cares for the Texas Capital. Born and raised on Galveston Island, Richard holds an MA in Museum Studies from George Washington University, and a BA in American Studies from the University of Texas.
